At Pak Deals, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with details and proof (photos/videos if applicable).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the return policy will apply.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos as evidence

We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
